These terms cover the use of amberace.co.uk and the general basis on which Amberace works with clients. Amberace is the trading name of Amberace Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17337843), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Contact: hello@amberace.co.uk.
Using this website
The content of this site is for general information. Prices shown are in British pounds and are our standard prices; your written quote is what applies to your project. We work hard to keep the site accurate, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors at all times.
Quotes and projects
- Every project starts with a written, fixed-price quote setting out what is included, the timeline and the payment route. Once you accept it, that price does not change unless you ask for extra work, which we will quote separately before doing.
- Pay once: 50% up front and 50% on go-live. Bespoke projects are paid in stages tied to milestones.
- Nothing up front: the build is spread across monthly payments as set out in your quote, including any minimum term.
- Two rounds of changes are included in each build unless your quote says otherwise.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for, you own your domain, your content and the code written for your site. Third-party tools and services (for example hosting, payment providers or licensed fonts and images) remain subject to their own terms.
The Care Plan
The Care Plan is rolling monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current month. If you cancel, you keep everything, and we help move your site wherever you want it.
Liability
We do the work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit, or for problems caused by third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
